EddmCard provides custom printing services. Due to the highly personalized nature of our products:

Finality of Sale: Once an order has entered the production stage, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Proofing: You are responsible for the final review of your digital proof. EddmCard is not liable for errors in the final product caused by typos, grammatical errors, or design flaws present in the approved artwork.
3. Intellectual Property and Content

Customer Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all content (logos, images, text) uploaded for printing.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold EddmCard harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from copyright or trademark infringement related to your provided content.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing material that we deem illegal, hateful, or infringing on the rights of others.
4. Printing Standards and Disclaimers

Color Accuracy: We print using the industry-standard CMYK process. Because computer monitors display colors in RGB, slight variations between your screen and the physical print are expected and do not qualify for a refund.

Technical Specifications: It is the customer’s responsibility to follow our provided templates regarding bleed lines, safety zones, and resolution (300 DPI).

USPS Compliance: While we provide guidance for Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), the customer is ultimately responsible for ensuring their design meets current USPS mailing standards.
5. Payments and Taxes

Full Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of order placement.

Sales Tax: Product prices include applicable sales tax as required by the jurisdiction of our operations.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.

Transfer of Risk: Our responsibility ends once the package is accepted by the carrier. EddmCard is not liable for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is included in the product price for all U.S. orders.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EddmCard, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific order in question.
