1. Shipping Scope & Eligibility

We are proud to exclusively serve customers within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Free Shipping on All Orders: We believe in transparent pricing. Every order on our site includes free standard shipping—no hidden fees at checkout.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: The price you see is the price you pay. All product prices already include applicable sales tax.

2. Production & Turnaround Time

Since our products are custom-printed to your specifications, please account for both production time and transit time.

  • Standard Turnaround: Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days following the final approval of your artwork.

  • Approval Process: Production begins only after you have reviewed and approved your digital proof. Delays in artwork approval will result in a shift in the shipping date.

3. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) as our primary carrier to ensure reliable delivery to residential and business addresses across the country.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been handed over to USPS, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.

  • Delivery Estimates: While we control our production speed, delivery times are subject to USPS schedules and local conditions.

4. Order Cancellations

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to meet our 3-5 day commitment.

  • Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not entered the “Production” or “Printing” phase.

  • After Production Starts: Once the printing process has begun, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund due to the custom nature of the product. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change.

5. Delayed Shipments & Support

We understand the importance of your marketing timeline.

  • 15-Day Protection: If your package has been in transit for more than 15 business days without delivery confirmation, please contact our support team immediately at sale@eddmcard.com.

  • Resolution: We will launch an inquiry with USPS and work with you on a solution, which may include a reprint or credit, depending on the circumstances of the delay.

6. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and deliverable USPS shipping address. EddmCard is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer or for packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS but not received.
