1. Custom Product Nature
At EddmCard, all our products are custom-made to your specific designs and requirements. Because these items cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-related errors.
This includes, but is not limited to: Typos, grammatical errors, low-resolution images, incorrect design layouts, or wrong quantities selected during checkout.
Pro Tip: We strongly recommend double-checking your digital proof and using our templates before final submission.
2. Quality Guarantee & Reprints
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will make it right.
Eligible Issues: Incorrect paper stock (not 16pt as ordered), significant color shifts (outside of industry standard CMYK variations), or improper trimming/cutting.
Resolution: In these cases, we will provide a 100% free reprint of your order and prioritize it in our production queue.
3. How to File a Claim
If you believe your order is defective, please follow these steps:
Notification: Contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Evidence: Provide your order number and clear photos showing the specific defect.
Review: Our team will review the claim within 1-2 business days. If the error is verified as a manufacturing defect, we will initiate the reprint process immediately.
4. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
Full Refund: Eligible only if the cancellation request is received before your order moves into the “Pre-press” or “Production” stage.
Partial/No Refund: If your order has already been plated or printed, we cannot issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the status of your job.
5. Shipping & Transit Issues
Damage During Transit: If your cards arrive damaged due to carrier handling, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the cards. We will file a claim with USPS and assist you with a replacement.
Non-Delivery: If your order is confirmed lost by USPS, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.
6. Color Matching Disclaimer
Please note that because of the nature of CMYK offset printing and the difference between backlit computer screens and physical paper, we cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match to what you see on your monitor. We print to industry-standard color densities.
