Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days after artwork approval.
Yes, we offer expedited printing options for a fee. Please contact us before placing your order to ensure availability.
Address changes are only possible before the order enters the production phase. Please contact us immediately.
Since we use heavy-duty carriers for bulk orders, we generally require a physical street address for delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours to file a claim.
All bulk orders are insured for their full replacement value against loss or damage during transit.
We primarily use USPS for their reliability and professional handling of heavy cardstock

Returns and Exchanges
Since each order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
This includes issues like incorrect paper stock, major color shifts, or improper trimming caused by our machines.
No. We print exactly what is uploaded. We highly recommend proofreading your artwork before final submission.
Screen colors (RGB) often differ from print colors (CMYK). We do not offer returns for minor color variations inherent to the offset process.

Cancellations are only eligible for a full refund if the order has not yet entered the “Pre-press” or “Production” phase.
